6. Other Comments:
From Education Committee,
Thanks to everyone involved with the temple school event on Saturday 22nd July, between 10 AM & 2:30 PM. Without your support this would not have succeeded.
Thanks especially to Paramita Mukherjee, & Anitha Dasari for co-ordinating with the teachers for the food & saints assignments respectively, and Jay Jindal for thoughtful suggestions, support & involvement right from start.
Of course thanks to all the parents for
1. Bringing in well prepared children.
2. Bringing & setting up etc of the prasad/lunch.
3. Helping the events running along smoothly
More than 30 students, ages varying between about 5-15 attended. By and large the kids were well disciplined, and seemed to be keenly participating.
Thanks to the outside guests Mahesh & Vasu from Yoga Bharati http://www.yogabharati.org/detroit/ for the Yoga presentation, and to Vasu & our own DP Kulkarni for musical(Violin/Tabla) Lecture / Demonstration.
With more support & involvement, the Education Committee may be able to make this a yearly tradition, & also increase the scope of activities
Once again, thanks to the grace of Paramatma, and Sri Ganesh Kripa, for an auspicious beginning.
